Overview

This new position will drive project execution while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The Technology Project Manager will oversee and deliver specific projects focused on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Intelligent Automation (IA) within a larger program in the context of a federal contract. This role requires a deep understanding of federal contracting and a proven history of delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project, including technical, financial, and regulatory risks
  • Financial Management: Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
  • Technical Oversight: Partner with the Program Manager and Enterprise Process Architect to ensure the successful implementation of IDP and IA solutions
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance project processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must obtain a moderate-risk or high-risk Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on technology projects
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong technical understanding of IDP and IA technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
  • Experience with specific IDP and IA tools and platforms. Experience with Tungsten (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility is a plus
