Enterprise Process Architect

Overview
This new position will work on a team that works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver automation technology. The Enterprise Process Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative automation solutions within the context of a complex federal contract. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies and a strategic vision for applying them to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Vision: Develop a comprehensive automation vision that encompasses the integration of up to 40 current systems and advocates for forward-looking architectures
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies to address specific business challenges
- Architecture Design: Design and document scalable, efficient, and secure automation architectures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Integration Strategy: Develop strategies for integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications
- Proof of Concepts: Conduct proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed automation solutions
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize automation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving ongoing innovation and cost reduction
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices with team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of automation excellence
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must obtain a moderate-risk or high-risk Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise process architecture or a related field
- Deep understanding of automation technologies, including Intelligent Automation (IA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and workflow automation
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an agile project development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD)
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in applicable automation technologies
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with government contracting
